Michele Levesque, along with her husband, Mike Bourcier, is regularly retained to work in Europe and the United-States. They are frequent speakers and presenters of workshops in France, Holland and England. In Canada, they have been serving the Public and Private sectors for 25 years. They co-presented NLP based seminars for over 10 years.

They co-authored a book called "Learning@living" and delivered NLP based workshops on the topic across Canada, the USA and Europe. Both Mike and Michele have an extensive background in business. He held several high level management positions including CEO with large multinationals. She managed several resorts and hotels in the Caribbean and the USA. Their personal and business association opened a new chapter in their life as they joined forces to develop and deliver their powerful workshops and leading edge, client focused consulting services. They both hold their Masters Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and are accredited trainers in the same field.

Their unique approach made them the "trainers and consultants of choice" with many large organizations around the world. Their dynamic style has lead them to be called the "entertrainers." Their company, The International Consortium of Independent Consultants (ICIC) Inc., has grown to a network of twenty professional associates in 14 countries.
